As a Team Leader Warehouse in Tiel, you lead an enthusiastic team in the warehouse. You work full-time in a 2-shift system and ensure a smoothly running logistics process together. Your focus is on directing daily activities, motivating your colleagues, and improving processes. You work with the WMS system and actively think about how it can be improved. A workday starts with a stand-up meeting. You distribute the tasks, keep an overview, and step in where necessary. You coordinate the logistics planning, quickly solve problems, and ensure everyone works safely. You monitor compliance with rules, such as HACCP and BRC.
