  • As a Working Foreman in Farmsum, you are the point of contact on the work floor every day. You distribute tasks, keep a close eye on the schedule, and ensure that quality always remains high. You lead your team and actively participate in the preservation and spraying of ships. This way, you stay close to the work and know exactly what is going on. On an average workday, you start with the team. You discuss the schedule and distribute the tasks. Then you get to work yourself. You monitor progress, pay attention to safety, and ensure that everyone collaborates well. In between, you keep in touch with the operational manager and report any special occurrences or problems. You motivate your colleagues and help where needed. Through your clear communication and positive attitude, everyone feels appreciated. Safety always comes first.
