You are the connecting link in the department and, together with your team, ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and with quality. Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working with your hands to assemble products? Do you also have a social talent for leading a team and maintaining an overview? We are looking for a Working Foreman/Woman for the assembly department where you will have a supervisory role over a team of 10 to 20 people. As a working foreman/woman, you will daily lead a team of 10 to 20 colleagues and ensure that the work runs smoothly and according to schedule. Together with the team leader, you monitor quality, keep an overview of production, solve bottlenecks where necessary, and support your team on the shop floor. In addition to this role, you also participate in the assembly process.
