  • • You have an mbo or mbo+ working and thinking level; • You have leadership experience or the ambition to grow in this area; • You possess good communication skills; • You can work well both independently and in a team; • You are willing to work in a 2-shift system; • You are stress-resistant, proactive, and like to take initiative; • You work quality-consciously and have a strong sense of responsibility; • You are eager to learn and open to taking courses and training; • You are proficient in Dutch and English; • Experience in the process industry is a plus.
