  • Are you a born leader with a passion for logistics? For a client in Gorredijk, we are looking for a Working Foreman Logistics who leads the team on the work floor and actively participates in the warehouse. In this role, you combine leadership with logistical tasks and ensure that the process runs efficiently. As a point of contact for colleagues in the warehouse, you distribute the tasks, monitor the quality of order processing, and support the manager. Additionally, you contribute ideas for improvements within the logistics process. Your tasks include receiving and checking incoming goods, moving and storing pallets with reach trucks and scanners, collecting and preparing orders for shipment, guiding colleagues on the work floor, and overseeing quality and an efficient logistics process.

We ask

  • • You have obtained an mbo diploma, preferably in the direction of logistics, transport, or a similar education; • You have gained work experience in a logistics environment, such as a warehouse, warehouse, or production company; • You have experience in guiding or supervising colleagues on the work floor; • You communicate easily in both Dutch and English; • You are familiar with working with logistics systems (e.g., WMS), MS Office, and internal transport equipment such as a forklift or reach truck.
