  • We are seeking an experienced Green Work Planner who thrives on organizing, planning, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. In this dynamic role, you will be the link between the office and the field, ensuring that green projects are optimally prepared. You will prepare and coordinate green projects from assignment to execution, establish schedules for a smooth project start, independently create calculations and quotes for smaller projects, order and monitor materials, equipment, and necessary resources, apply for permits and check project documentation, liaise with executors, suppliers, and clients, identify bottlenecks and provide timely solutions, ensure a complete and clear handover to execution, and monitor the progress, quality, and administrative handling of projects.

We ask

    • Minimum mbo+ work and thinking level;
    • At least 6 years of relevant work experience;
    • Experience as a work planner within project-based activities;
    • Strong planning and organizational skills;
    • Good administrative and communication skills;
    • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks;
    • Solution-oriented and proactive in identifying bottlenecks;
    • Stress-resistant and precise, even under time pressure;
    • Customer and result-oriented attitude;
    • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
    • Experience in green maintenance or civil outdoor space is a strong plus.
