You work day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and on Fridays, you finish at 2:30 PM. You use modern techniques such as MIG/MAG and TIG, read technical drawings, and perform your work independently. Precision and speed are essential. On an average workday, you start by reviewing the drawings, then gather the right materials and assemble the construction. You weld the parts and check if everything is correct. You work on both individual parts and larger projects and think in terms of solutions. Consultation with colleagues is possible when needed.
