Washer/Operator

As a Washer/Operator, you are responsible for correctly executing the washing and drying process, ensuring that production is guaranteed both qualitatively and quantitatively. You work together with colleagues according to the work and operating instructions. You wash the offered goods in the correct order and with the right tools. You ensure a high-quality product by correctly loading the machines and using the right amounts of chemicals. You plan loading and unloading times efficiently to avoid waiting times and achieve a smooth production flow. You perform cleaning and disinfection tasks according to the guidelines and solve (machine) problems directly where possible or report them to the mechanic and supervisor. You manage auxiliary materials and supplies by identifying and reporting shortages. You comply with the company's standards and guidelines and perform product and process controls. You keep the workplace clean and use personal protective equipment correctly. You follow safety instructions and report unsafe situations to the supervisor.
