Warehouse Employee

As a warehouse employee in Steenwijk, you work 40 hours a week in a logistics warehouse. Together with colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Every day starts with a joint morning meeting. Then, tasks are calmly distributed so that everyone knows what to expect. You load and unload goods, check shipments, and collect orders with a handheld scanner. You work safely and efficiently with the electric pallet truck. Together, you ensure a tidy workplace. You work in a two-shift system: one week from 06:00 to 14:00, the other week from 14:00 to 22:30. On Saturdays, you work from 12:00 to 18:00 and get a day off during the week. For working on Saturdays, you receive a 150% bonus. We find it important that you work well together and help each other when it's busy. You don't need to have experience; motivation and accuracy are more important. We ensure you receive good guidance.
