Warehouse Employee

As a Team Leader Warehouse, you are responsible for the daily management of the warehouse and the sawing hall with two industrial saws. You lead a team of 8 to 12 employees and work alongside them as a working foreman to ensure efficient and safe order processing. You distribute the tasks, monitor progress and quality, and ensure everything runs according to schedule. You maintain contact with transport planning, oversee safety, and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks. You work in a 2-shift system and report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

As a Logistics Planner in Maastricht, you work full-time. You ensure that international export shipments run smoothly. You are the link between production, warehouse, carriers, and customers. You arrange for products to arrive worldwide correctly, efficiently, and on time. You get a lot of responsibility and work together in an informal team. On a workday, you plan and organize outgoing shipments. You coordinate warehouse activities, such as picking and palletizing. You liaise with carriers for road, sea, and air transport.
