Join our team as a forklift driver and ensure that outgoing pallets with cans are ready for transport. You'll carefully and precisely place incoming pallets in the correct warehouse locations, moving them safely and efficiently. Occasionally, you'll scan pallets using the appropriate system, keeping track of their storage, movement, and selection to prevent stock issues. Adhering to ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and HACCP guidelines, you'll work in two shifts: 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00. This role offers variety in a dynamic environment where safety and quality are paramount. You'll communicate effectively with your team leader and colleagues and may work on Saturdays. The company has its own webshop and primarily supplies restaurants and other businesses. You will join a small and close-knit team of about seven permanent employees. The work environment is calm, organized, and clean. Everyone contributes, and it's important that you can trust each other and communicate well. You have a varied role where you work both in production and in the warehouse. In the morning, you mainly focus on production: filling coffee into bags, sealing the packages, checking if the packages are neat and correct, and ensuring smooth production. In the afternoon, your work shifts more towards logistics: labeling coffee packages, collecting and checking orders, preparing orders for shipment, placing ready orders in the right spot, replenishing stock and packaging materials, keeping the warehouse tidy and organized, and cleaning and tidying the workspace.
