As a Team Leader Logistics, you work full-time in shifts. You are responsible for directing and guiding the logistics team. Together, you ensure that all orders are ready for shipment to customers on time and without errors. You work on the floor and motivate your team to give their best every day. On an average day, you start by reviewing the schedule. You distribute the tasks and keep an overview of the progress. You monitor the quality, make adjustments where necessary, and ensure that the KPIs are met. Additionally, you coach and develop your team members. You work in shifts: morning, afternoon, or night.
