Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for smaller business clients, such as local webshops and SMEs. Each client has unique needs and operates in their own way. You ensure that their questions are answered quickly, professionally, and personally, via email, phone, or our internal system. You handle most inquiries independently. For more complex issues, you coordinate with colleagues or a supervisor to find the right solution. You clearly communicate the outcome back to the client and also handle claims neatly if necessary. You start with an intensive and enjoyable onboarding training on August 7th. In the first week, you receive theory in the morning and immediately apply what you've learned in the afternoon. This way, you grow step by step in your role and learn exactly how to help clients professionally. During the onboarding period, you work entirely in the office for optimal guidance and support. After that, you can work from home.
