Are you a decisive leader who likes to be among the people? For our production department in Wijchen, we are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader. In this role, you are responsible for managing a team of over 22 employees per shift. Together with the other team leaders, you ensure a smooth operation within a production department of more than 44 employees. This is a position for a leader who stands firm, knows how to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment, and is not afraid to actively participate on the work floor. As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operation. You ensure that processes run efficiently, employees know what is expected of them, and the set objectives are achieved. You are visibly present on the work floor and spend about 90% of your shift among your employees. You direct, motivate, correct where necessary, and support the process when needed. Especially during busy moments, you keep a cool head and know how to set priorities.
