Warehouse Administrator Schiphol

As a QESH Coordinator, you are responsible for monitoring and improving quality, safety, and processes within an air freight environment at Schiphol. You don't just work behind your desk; you also stand in the warehouse among the staff. You manage and improve quality systems such as ISO 9001, conduct audits and inspections, both internally and externally, and draft work instructions and procedures. Additionally, you carry out RI&E's and TRA's, organize toolbox meetings, handle incidents, and ensure follow-up. You monitor environmental standards according to ISO 14001 and oversee safety and health according to ISO 45001. Finally, you implement and enforce security requirements according to TAPA FSR. You are the one who dares to address people, takes action when rules are not followed, and ensures that policies truly work in practice.
