  • Are you someone who can act quickly and effectively in dynamic situations? Our client is looking for reinforcement for the team to handle peak hours in service delivery. As an employee within the Control Center, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily service execution. You start with a limited set of tasks to handle peak moments. How quickly your responsibilities expand depends on how swiftly you pick up the tasks and how quickly you master the system. During peak hours, you support the control center staff. You act quickly and accurately in emergencies and unexpected situations. You keep the traveler information system (OV9292) up-to-date. You get the chance to develop into a full-fledged control center employee.

We offer

  • • A gross monthly salary between € 3,465 and € 4,384 (based on 40 hours) excluding allowances; • 8% holiday pay on top of your salary; • Year-end bonus of 1.15%; • A fixed year-end bonus of €400 gross.

We ask

  • • Available at least 3 to 4 weekdays (flexible shifts: starting at 6:00 AM or 2:00 PM) for 6 or 8 hours per day; • MBO working and thinking level; • Independent and proactive attitude; • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing; • Experience with MS Office and affinity with planning and monitoring systems; • Work experience in a similar role is a plus: such as Centralist, Control Center Employee, Alarm Center, Control Room, or Call Center.
