Technical Employee Saturday

As a drilling supervisor, you work outdoors on various drilling projects in the Netherlands and sometimes Germany. You are actively engaged in an independent, technical role for 32 to 40 hours per week. You are given a lot of freedom and responsibility: you ensure that each project runs safely and smoothly.

On an average day, you prepare your drilling work thoroughly. You lead the drilling team, coordinate tasks with the foreman and project leader, and operate the drilling equipment. You take soil samples, work with drilling fluids, and monitor progress and safety. Sometimes you stay overnight near a project. Every day is different, and you always work with modern equipment.

As a process operator in the 5-shift system, you are indispensable in the production process. You work 32 to 40 hours per week and receive an attractive shift allowance of 32%. You work in a small team where everyone knows and helps each other. You contribute to a sustainable future and work with modern installations.

You monitor the production process and quickly intervene if you notice anything unusual. You set up installations, operate them, and perform checks on the process and products.
