- Are you looking for a dynamic position as a technical counter employee in Heerlen? At our rental company for machines and scaffolding, you work 40 hours a week in a small, experienced team. You are the point of contact for customers at the counter and via the phone, advise them, manage the cash register, and create invoices. Additionally, you perform minor maintenance on machines and scaffolding. No day is the same; you work varied and independently. You start your day at 07:30 by checking the rented machines. Around 08:00, the first customers arrive, whom you help quickly and friendly. You create quotes and receipts and manage the administration. In between, you perform small repairs and keep an overview. Telephone Interviewer Heerlen
As a telephone interviewer at CBS in Heerlen, you approach people and companies who have not yet responded to an invitation for a survey. You inform and motivate them to participate. You work an average of 24 hours per week, spread over different parts of the day. Working hours are between 09:00 and 21:00, with flexible shifts of 4, 6, or 8 hours.
You will be well-prepared: you will attend a mandatory basic training from August 31 to September 14, 2026. After that, you start at the office in Heerlen. After three months, you may partially work from home. You work at the office at least two days a week. You always receive your schedule four to six weeks in advance, so you know what to expect. You must be available at least four evenings a week, but in practice, you usually work one or two evenings.
Your workday consists of telephone contact with individuals and companies. You ask questions, explain the survey, and record the answers digitally. You really make a difference: through your efforts, you help the Netherlands with good statistics. Enthusiastic? Apply quickly! You will hear on May 20 if you have been selected.
