You work 16 to 24 hours a week, with availability for at least three evenings and one day during the day. Your goal is to persuade people in a friendly manner to participate in a survey. You receive clear instructions and modern digital tools to work independently in your region. On an average workday, you plan your visits efficiently. You call without an appointment and explain what the survey is about. Is someone not home? Then you try up to six times again. You work with your own car and determine your route yourself. As a telephone interviewer at CBS in Heerlen, you approach people and companies who have not yet responded to an invitation for a survey. You inform and motivate them to participate. You work an average of 24 hours per week, spread over different parts of the day. Working hours are between 09:00 and 21:00, with flexible shifts of 4, 6, or 8 hours. You will be well-prepared: you will attend a mandatory basic training from August 31 to September 14, 2026. After that, you start at the office in Heerlen. After three months, you may partially work from home. You work at the office at least two days a week. You always receive your schedule four to six weeks in advance, so you know what to expect. You must be available at least four evenings a week, but in practice, you usually work one or two evenings. Your workday consists of telephone contact with individuals and companies.
