  • As a team leader distribution in Drachten, you work full-time (40 hours). You are responsible for a smooth and efficient distribution process of about 70 routes in Northern Netherlands. Together with fellow team leaders, you ensure high quality in delivery. You are the first point of contact for parcel deliverers during the loading and distribution of packages. You start your workday between 06:30 and 08:30, allowing you to easily combine work and private life.

    On an average day, you are busy coordinating the warehouse, checking the distribution, and improving performance. You keep an eye on the time frames and decide on the deployment of express couriers. Additionally, you ensure the warehouse remains tidy and help where necessary. You work closely with colleagues, analyze processes, and think about improvements. Your approach ensures everything runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.

We ask

    • Minimum mbo 3 working and thinking level;

    • You live a maximum of 40 km from Drachten;
    • You are flexible in working hours (day shift);
    • You work accurately and maintain an overview.
