In this full-time position, you work within a dynamic logistics team and are responsible for a smooth distribution process of approximately 70 routes in Northern Netherlands. Together with your fellow team leaders, you manage the team and ensure quality and efficiency. Flexibility is essential, as you mainly work during the day shift. Your day begins in the warehouse, where you coordinate the loading process and guide the parcel deliverers. You are the first point of contact for the drivers when they start their route. Throughout the day, you monitor the order, cleanliness, and progress of the distribution. You analyze results and make adjustments where necessary.
