  • As a team leader, you will work in a modern cheese factory in Steenderen. You will work temporarily, for several months, in a five-shift system. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 11 operators. You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the cheese factory, the warehouse, and at the milk reception. You are the point of contact for your team and motivate everyone to bring out the best in themselves.

    On a workday, you start with a handover from the previous shift. You check the schedule, discuss special matters with your team, and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done. You monitor production, make adjustments where necessary, and pay close attention to safety and quality. You regularly consult with the other shift leaders. You are flexible with working hours and can quickly adapt if something changes. You create a pleasant atmosphere on the work floor and help colleagues develop.
