We ask

    • Completed mbo 3, 4, or hbo education (preferably in the direction of food, VAPRO, or similar);
    • At least 2 years of experience in a production environment;
    • Leadership experience is a plus;
    • Full-time availability (36 hours per week);
    • Ability to switch quickly and maintain a good overview;
    • Strong in communication and collaboration;
    • Coaching skills and empathy;
    • Result-oriented and problem-solving.
