  • As a taste panel member in Leeuwarden, you taste and evaluate various dairy products. You work for a large producer and are part of a team of connoisseurs. You work 6 hours per week, spread over three mornings. The working hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 09:30 to 11:30. This job is ideal if you have an interest in food and want to develop your taste. Your day begins with gathering the panel. You receive different dairy products to taste, such as milk powders. You evaluate smell, taste, texture, and mouthfeel. Then you discuss your findings with the team. You use evaluation forms and pay close attention to details. In the first weeks, you undergo training to learn how to evaluate products even better. At the end of the process, you take a test to see if you are suitable.
