- As a Support Officer Aviation, you work at Schiphol for an international player in logistics. You work 40 hours per week, mostly during office hours. You start flexibly between 07:00 and 10:00. After your training period, you can work from home one day a week. You earn €18.23 to €22.04 per hour, depending on your experience. You handle the administration and invoicing of air freight shipments. You check whether shipments have arrived and been picked up. You also apply the correct rates and process surcharges, for example, for dangerous goods or storage. You check invoices from external parties and investigate discrepancies. You actively follow up on disputes and are the point of contact for questions about invoices. You work with air freight agents, airlines, and finance colleagues. About half of your tasks are repetitive, such as basic invoicing. The other half is more challenging: you find out why there are discrepancies and discuss them with others.
