You coordinate and plan daily tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and inspire and coach your team. You help them develop their talents and motivate them to bring out the best in themselves. You lead a team consisting of 5-10 employees and even up to 15 employees during peak times. Together with your team, you work towards achieving store goals without losing sight of enjoyment. You ensure that customers leave the store with a smile by striving for the very best service. You build a positive and pleasant working atmosphere where collaboration is central. You have a commercial drive and find service extremely important. You are mindful of the social aspect of ANWB as an association. You can coach a team and are there for customers and your colleagues during peak times, such as on shopping evenings and weekends. Furthermore, you bring at least an mbo-level and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a store manager. Affinity with outdoor, vacation, and travel is a plus.

Additionally, you receive a 50% surcharge on Sundays, which rewards your extra effort; • Hour guarantee: We offer you a contract with fixed hours between 32 and 36 per week.
