A day as a Supervisor at ANWB in Heerenveen You start with a short team meeting: discussing goals, dividing tasks, and getting everyone focused. You manage a team of 5-10 employees and keep an overview. You ensure everything runs smoothly. You motivate colleagues, offer a listening ear, and make sure customers feel welcome. You also keep a close eye on sales targets and come up with smart actions to achieve them. Meanwhile, you keep the atmosphere high. You help a customer choose the perfect hiking gear, assist at the cash register, or help with processing freight. You are visible everywhere and set a good example.
