You ensure everything runs smoothly. You motivate colleagues, lend an ear, and make sure customers feel welcome. You also keep a close eye on sales targets and come up with smart actions to achieve them. Meanwhile, you maintain a positive atmosphere. You help a customer choose the perfect hiking gear, assist at the cash register, or help with processing freight. You are visible everywhere and set a good example.
