From filleting to presenting and from advising to selling: in this role, everything revolves around quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience. For our client in Nieuwegein, we are looking for a Store Employee Fish (in training) who gets energy from working with fresh products and helping customers. You start your workday with your colleagues and ensure that the fish department looks neat and tidy. You are involved in processing, portioning, and presenting fresh fish and help customers with advice and tips. Additionally, you ensure that the stock remains at the right level and that order pickers always have the correct assortment. Together with your team, you ensure that the department runs smoothly and customers leave with a good feeling. You work from Monday to Friday and every other week you have a Saturday shift. You can choose to start at 07:00, 08:00, or 09:00.

In this role, you and your colleagues ensure that the fish department always looks neat and professional. You are involved in processing, packaging, and presenting fish products and support the production process, such as packaging, labeling, and vacuuming. Additionally, you are responsible for keeping the department clean and tidy and ensuring that the stock is replenished so that order pickers always have the right assortment. Together with your team, you continuously work on improving the department and achieving shared goals. You work in rotating shifts and start your day with a team meeting. The working hours are as follows: 04:00 – 13:00, 07:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 18:00, or 16:00 – 01:00. You are flexibly available between 24 and 40 hours per week, and working on weekends and during shopping evenings is not a problem for you.
