As a springer in Groningen, you work as an on-call driver, both nationally and internationally. You are flexibly deployable, allowing you to combine your work well with your private life. You receive a market-conform hourly wage according to the CAO. On an average workday, you receive a notification when you are needed. You step into a modern truck and drive various routes, both within the Netherlands and across the border. You use navigation systems, check and secure the load, and handle logistical documents neatly. You are on the road independently, but you are never alone. You can always count on support from colleagues and planning. Your role is important: you are the company's business card. You have contact with customers, solve small problems independently on the road, and keep a cool head under time pressure.
