- As a Skilled Worker GWW in Gytsjerk, you work 40 hours a week on ground, road, and water construction projects. You spend a lot of time outdoors, work with colleagues, and see the direct results of your efforts. The projects vary: sometimes small, sometimes large. This makes every day different and challenging. On a typical workday, you start on location with your team. You perform earthworks, install sewer systems, and place fences. We ask
