Shop Assistant

As a shop assistant at our gas station in Meppel, you are the point of contact for our customers. You work 22 hours a week in a role where attention to people is central. You ensure that the store remains tidy and customers are helped in a friendly manner. We find it important that you feel at ease and have the space to work independently. The flexible working hours make it possible to combine work and private life well. You start the day by opening the store and greeting the first customers warmly. You assist at the cash register, restock products, and keep the store tidy. You check if shelves need to be replenished and order new products in a timely manner. You also help with creating schedules so that colleagues can work well together. You sometimes work during the day, sometimes in the evening or on weekends, which keeps your work varied. This position suits you if you like to work independently and have a warm heart for customers. You are the face of the gas station and ensure that people feel welcome.
