- Are you the enthusiastic Service & Support colleague we are looking for at our branch in Helmond? We are seeking a driven employee to strengthen our team for 36 hours a week. Every day, you communicate with customers professionally and friendly. Together with your team, you strive for high customer satisfaction. On the phone, you try to answer questions quickly and act solution-oriented. You think along with the customer by recommending cheaper alternatives, making food professionals more successful. Of course, things sometimes go wrong, and you are the one who helps to resolve this. You coordinate internally with different departments and ensure that problems are quickly resolved. You are a point of contact for customers and suppliers. After your training period, you are well informed about the range and services, so you can answer questions quickly. If a customer reports a problem, you solve the issue in no time, allowing the customer to focus on optimally serving their guests.
