  • As a service desk employee at PostNL Extra@Home in Nieuwleusen, you are responsible for various logistical tasks. You work full-time, usually between 32 and 40 hours per week, in a team of colleagues. Your schedule varies: one week you work four days, the next week six. The working hours are from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00. Your main tasks are receiving drivers, keeping track of the schedule, and maintaining contact with drivers on the road. You adjust schedules to current situations and ensure that drivers know exactly what is expected of them. Additionally, you assist in the warehouse with processing large packages. You work together with colleagues to ensure smooth logistical processes. This position is suitable for candidates who are physically fit and enjoy working in a logistical environment. Experience with planning is helpful but not required. In this role, you get a lot of variety and learn daily. You contribute to efficient and customer-oriented service within PostNL Extra@Home.
