  • Are you an experienced technical employee who gets energized by tinkering, troubleshooting, and improving machines? We are looking for a Senior Technical Employee to help keep the machinery of our modern industrial bakery in top condition and also perform maintenance on the premises. In short: a fun and versatile role. You play a key role in the maintenance, optimization, and reliability of our production machines. You work closely with the production and operations manager to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include performing preventive maintenance, improving and keeping the technical maintenance plan up-to-date, and test-running machines after maintenance to ensure a safe, clean working environment. You independently assess and resolve complex malfunctions, quickly respond to technical problems in production, analyze malfunctions, and implement improvements for higher efficiency and quality. Additionally, you report to the production director on completed work. You also coordinate garden maintenance and weed control and ensure maintenance and cleaning tasks on the premises are carried out.

We offer

We ask

  • • Several years of experience in a technical role within a production environment (preferably in the food industry); • A completed education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field; • Ability to read electrical schematics and (PLC) drawings; • Always prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency; • Have a helicopter view and be able to set priorities; • Dare to address colleagues and act as a role model; • Be flexible and have a true hands-on mentality.
