In this full-time position of 38 hours per week, you are the point of contact on the site and coordinate the logistics team. You work with machines such as the forklift, sweeper, and shovel, and resolve minor malfunctions yourself. This new position offers a lot of responsibility and freedom. You work day shifts from Monday to Friday, with a short workday on Friday. Working hours vary between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on the schedule. On an average workday, you start with a short team meeting, check the machines and the site, and distribute the tasks. You assist colleagues where needed and use your technical knowledge to solve problems quickly. You work closely with the logistics team and liaise with the team leader to monitor progress and ensure everything runs smoothly. In this role, you have plenty of room to think along and develop.
