  • Are you social, do you love traveling, and enjoy giving advice? Then this job as a sales advisor at the ANWB store in Utrecht Neude is perfect for you! You work 28 to 32 hours per week. Together with your colleagues, you are the face of the store. Customers come to you with questions about travel, insurance, or products. You listen carefully, provide appropriate advice, and ensure everyone leaves the store with a smile. You get a lot of responsibility and the chance to develop yourself.

    On an average workday, you open the store with your team. You help customers choose products, such as a toll vignette, a bike carrier, or a good backpack. You explain insurance and assist with arranging roadside assistance. In between, you unpack deliveries, keep the store tidy, and follow e-learnings to become even better at your job. In the summer, you advise on camping items, in the winter on snow chains and ski clothing. You also work on shopping evenings and weekends, with a nice bonus on Sundays. Is the supervisor absent? Then you take the lead.

We ask

    • MBO work and thinking level;
    • At least 1 year of work experience in retail or customer contact;
    • Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
    • Experience with cash register systems and inventory management is a plus;
    • You are social, service-oriented, and like to take initiative;
    • You enjoy working in a team and have an eye for detail;
    • Willing to work on weekends and shopping evenings;
    • Interest in travel and mobility.
