Salary Professional

Are you the salary professional we are looking for? You know how important a correct, timely, and compliant payroll is, and you ensure that colleagues can rely on it. We are looking for an experienced salary professional who brings calm and continuity to our Dutch payroll processing and draws energy from optimizing processes and systems. Together with two colleagues, you are responsible for the monthly processing for more than 900 employees. You keep an overview, communicate smoothly with different departments, and see where improvements are possible, from mutation flows to checks and reports. You are responsible for timely and correct monthly payroll processing for more than 1000 employees, checking and processing approximately 1500 fixed and variable mutations. You manage and apply current laws and company regulations, conduct checks, samples, and analyses to ensure the functioning of systems and regulations. Additionally, you prepare salary payments, wage taxes, contributions, and pension administration. You are the point of contact for payroll in the Netherlands and the time registration system Saphir (Atimo) for locations in the Netherlands, Germany, India, and Poland. You contribute to further digitization, automation, reporting, and process improvement. You work in a compact team within Finance and coordinate with Human Resources and other stakeholders, also internationally.
