  • As a Recruiter in Meppel, you work full-time (32-40 hours per week) and are responsible for recruiting and retaining couriers in your region. You have a lot of freedom to organize your work yourself and have a direct impact on the result. You actively work on filling open neighborhoods and maintain contact with new and existing couriers. Your day consists of approaching candidates by phone, chat, and email. You convince people to come work with us and ensure all neighborhoods are filled. You monitor progress and match the right courier to the right neighborhood. You work with targets and get energized by achieving results. You contribute ideas for new, proactive recruitment strategies and help improve our processes. This is a varied job where you have a lot of contact with people.
