Reach Truck Driver Oud Gastel

As a Logistics Coordinator in Oud Gastel, you work full-time in day shifts from 08:00 to 17:00. You support the logistics team and ensure everything runs smoothly. You are active on the work floor 80% of the time and provide 20% of your time supporting the team leader. You ensure that goals in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity are met. You identify deviations and report them promptly to your supervisor. You are the point of contact for problems and help solve them. Additionally, you assist in training and guiding new colleagues. On an average workday, you are involved in maintaining reports and dashboards, so the team always has insight into progress. You work with various departments to ensure the workflow runs smoothly. You oversee the 5S method to keep the work environment tidy and safe. You work with automated systems such as WMS (preferably SAP) and use RF scanning for logistics processes. You work closely with colleagues from diverse cultures and speak Dutch or English. This job is perfect if you want to grow, like taking responsibility, and are flexible.
