We ask

• • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or has at least 5 years of relevant experience as a project leader; • Is experienced in independently managing, planning, reporting, and coordinating projects; • Works cost-consciously, monitors the project scope, and closely follows the financial progress; • Has a good knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, AutoCAD, PaletteCAD, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint; • Is VCA-VOL certified; • Expresses themselves fluently in Dutch and English, and preferably also in German; • Has a keen eye for quality, safety, procedures, and team development.
