You act as the point of contact for clients, technicians, and suppliers. You monitor the planning, budget, and quality of the projects. Due to the diversity of projects, no day is the same. You start your day by checking the progress of your projects. You consult with the team and coordinate with the client. You are involved in requesting quotes, managing employees, and monitoring the schedule. You also ensure that the administration and reports are in order. You work with enthusiastic colleagues and have a lot of contact with customers. Sometimes you work in the office, sometimes on location.
