  • As a production worker in the 3-shift system, you work 36 to 40 hours per week in Hoogeveen. You earn €15.24 to €16.41 per hour, excluding a shift allowance of 18.5%. You work in a different shift each week, with a clear schedule: 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 06:00. The night shift always starts on Sunday at 22:00. You monitor the production line where plastic pipes are made. You check the quality, ensure proper processing, and help prepare for shipping. You solve minor malfunctions yourself and keep your workplace clean. On an average workday, you start by checking your line. You ensure everything is running and the quality of the pipes is good. You process the products so logistics can ship them. In case of a minor malfunction, you quickly address it. You work with friendly colleagues and support each other as needed. You stand all day and find physical work no problem. This job is for a longer period. You get fixed hours, shift allowance, and the chance to grow or pursue training, such as Vapro.
