- As a color maker/production worker, you work full-time (32 to 40 hours) in Hoogeveen. Together with your colleagues, you create the best custom paint. You work in a modern, clean production environment where safety and collaboration are central. You receive good guidance and learn something new every day. Your workday is varied. You start by weighing and mixing raw materials. Then you set up the mixing machines and monitor the production process. You check if the paint meets all quality requirements.
