  • Are you ready to start working full-time as a production worker in Espel? You work from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00. In this role, you are responsible for producing, inspecting, and repairing wooden crates used in the agricultural sector for transporting potatoes, onions, and carrots. You work with modern machines and take on a responsible role within the production process. This comes with an attractive salary of €17.61 to €18.13 per hour, depending on your experience. What does your workday look like? You start together with your colleagues on the shop floor. You operate the nail machine, inspect wooden planks, and make small corrections where necessary. You work according to clear safety and quality guidelines and ensure the production process runs smoothly. You intervene in minor malfunctions yourself and regularly perform light maintenance on the machines. You report larger technical problems to your supervisor. You work closely with colleagues and assist in other areas of production when needed. Sometimes you communicate in English with colleagues. During busy periods, you are willing to work extra occasionally. This position suits you well if you enjoy practical work, have an interest in technology, and like a structured workday.
