Production Worker

As a supervisor ABI+ in Ureterp, you work 24 to 32 hours per week. You support adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) who live on-site. You contribute to a pleasant start to the day and provide structure and clarity. Together with your team, you ensure a safe and pleasant environment. Your work is varied and meaningful. Your day begins with guiding clients in starting up. You work mainly one-on-one and offer personal attention. You observe behavior and understand what is behind verbal aggression. You remain calm, even when things get tense. Throughout the day, you engage in activities together such as walking, cooking, or crafting.
