  • As a production worker at our client in Beuningen, you work full-time within a close-knit team. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for a smooth and efficient production process. No day is the same: you are involved in various tasks within the production process and ensure that everything is processed on time and according to the correct quality standards. You like to take action, work accurately, and have an eye for quality. The working atmosphere on the shop floor is pleasant and collegial. Together with your team, you ensure that the products are ready for shipment on time. What does an average workday look like? You start your shift on location and begin with a cup of coffee while the planning is discussed with your team. Then you get to work setting up machines, checking products, and packing orders. You try to solve small malfunctions yourself, and when necessary, you ask for support from a colleague or supervisor. In between, there is always room for a short chat with colleagues. At the end of your shift, you ensure that everything is neatly handed over to the next team, so the production process continues smoothly.
