  • As a production worker in Tiel, you work full-time in a 3-shift system. You start your career as a packer to get to know the products and processes well. After that, you can advance to operator. You work with modern machines and contribute to the production and processing of stones and infrastructure products. Your tasks are varied. You check the quality of the products, sort out defective pieces, and keep the workplace tidy. You assist with the maintenance and conversion of machines and support during malfunctions. With the forklift, you transport products to storage and distribution. At the end of your shift, you clean the machines and installations. A bit of administration is also part of your job, such as filling out checks and passing on improvement points. You work in a close-knit team where collegiality and safety are central.
