Your workday begins at your fixed spot on the assembly line, where you assemble parts of the pump and closely follow the signals that indicate if everything is correct. After your work, your colleagues check the product, and at the end of the line, the pump is tested. This way, you ensure that the pump can safely be loaded onto the truck. During busy periods, you work in a 3-shift system and sometimes on Saturdays. Overtime is extra rewarded.
