Production

  • As a production worker on the pump line, you work at Power-Packer in Oldenzaal. You work full-time (40 hours) in 2- or 3-shift systems. Together with colleagues, you assemble parts of hydraulic pumps. Thanks to light signals, you can see exactly when a product is ready for the next step. At the end of the line, the pump is tested to ensure the product works perfectly. Overtime on Saturdays can sometimes occur, where you receive an extra allowance and meal compensation.

    Your workday starts in a fixed team, where everyone has a clear task. You assemble, check, and work closely with colleagues. You work with modern tools and a streamlined work process. You regularly consult with colleagues and team leaders. The atmosphere is informal and collegial, and safety is always a priority. You learn quickly and have the opportunity to take on new tasks.

We offer

    • Salary between €16.69 and €19.98 per hour;

    • Shift allowance: 14% (2-shifts), 18% (3-shifts);
    • Overtime allowance on Saturday: 146.6%;
    • Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
    • Meal allowance on Saturday: €6.00;

    • You have vmbo, havo, or mbo level;

    • You are flexible and motivated;
    • Technical experience is a plus;
    • You enjoy working together and take initiative.
