Production Worker Paint Shop

In this full-time position, you work in a 3-shift system and earn between €17.14 and €17.50 per hour, excluding an attractive shift allowance of 22%. You are responsible for setting up machines, solving minor malfunctions, and performing quality checks. Together, you check if the production line is running smoothly. You adjust the machines where necessary and intervene immediately in case of minor malfunctions. You regularly perform quality checks to ensure only the best leaves the factory. You ensure the workplace remains clean and safe. You often consult with your team and help each other where needed.
